Cancellations
To accommodate your valued time and ours, we appreciate 48 hours cancellation notice. With this prior notice, we can reschedule your appointment, and let another patients have the time that was originally reserved for you. We request this courtesy, it allows us to see patients promptly who are in need of urgent dental care.
Should an illness or schedule conflict arrive, please call our office promptly to cancel and reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Payments
To make payment convenient for our patients, we offer several options. We will bill your insurance plan, but do remind you that patients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance. We do ask that patients take care of any fees not covered at the time of their visit. Any account balance statements, that are due after insurance benefits have been paid, can be made by phone for your convenience.

Our 3-dimensional imaging system allows the doctor to provide expeditious, and effective dental imaging which ensures the most precise diagnosis possible. A single 30- second scan provides 300 images, offering a safe diagnosis, as our CBCT emit much less radiation than traditional scanners.
